CONNECT
- on the left side of the window are the files on your home computer ('local system') on the right side of the window are files on the ftp site ('remote system')
- to transfer files from the ftp site to your computer, navigate to the desired folder on your computer. select the file on the FTP site, and click the arrow at the center of the window

DOWNLOAD
- to transfer files from your computer to the ftp site, navigate to the desired folder on the FTP site. select the file on your computer, and click the arrow at the center of the window
UPLOAD
- icons below the file navigator windows allow you to (in order) create a new folder, rename, delete, refresh, resume, upload, and zip upload
- 'folder' icon at top right of file navigator allows quick file navigation
- click 'Disconnect' at bottom right of window to close FTP session
